Refund policy

Items, including sales, can be returned within 14 days after delivery.

Additionally, purchases made between November 5th and December 27th are eligible for our extended returns period; returns submitted within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund, and returns submitted before January 15th, where the 14 days have passed, are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@dandelie.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return form to include with your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The costs of returning are the customer's responsibility. We recommend sending with track and trace and assured.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Let us know which size and or model you would like to receive, and we will reserve it for you and send it as soon as we have received your return.

The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order, so we can ship your new pair to you as quickly as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you received free shipping based on your original order total meeting our free shipping threshold (as above), and choose to partial return your order, please note the original shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount. It can take up to 10 days to process your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
